4matic Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4matic platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on 4matic, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of the 4matic platform, including visitors without an account, registered members, and any party accessing our services through any device or web browser. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 4matic platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited from registering or using any of the services offered.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility

To make full use of 4matic's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 4matic shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with others or allowing another person to use their account.
Personal information provided during registration must be accurate. 4matic reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

All 4matic users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Actions that breach these rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4matic platform:

Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to scrape data or manipulate gameplay.
Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
Abusing promotional offers, bonuses, or system advantages in an unfair or unethical manner.
Harassing, threatening, or causing distress to other users or 4matic staff.
Accessing restricted areas of the platform or attempting to breach system security.

4matic reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating an account, if any violation is detected or suspected.

Payment Information, Transactions & MYR Currency

All financial transactions on the 4matic platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid before any transaction is executed.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process and processing times may vary depending on the chosen method.
4matic reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or violating platform policy.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy, which may be updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions during the transaction process.

Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the 4matic support team within seven (7) days of the date on which the transaction occurred.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

4matic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system downtime, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no continuous guarantee of service availability is given.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 4matic platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of 4matic or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

4matic reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at management's discretion. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.

Third-Party Links

The 4matic platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. 4matic is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

4matic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable version.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
